Ingredients
Red chilies- 20 nos
Mung dal- 1/4cup
Urad dal= 1/4 cup
Toor dal- 1/4 cup
Yellow split peas- 1/4 cup
Rice - 2 tsp
Asafoetida- 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves- 1 cup
Garlic- 12 nos
Salt
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Coconut oil
Methods for preparation
Dry roast curry leaves and Red chilies one by one with 1/2 tsp of coconut oil and keep aside in a vessel.
Dry roast Garlic with 1/2 tsp of coconut oil and keep aside separately
Dry roast all other ingredients one by one without oil and mix them with roasted curry laves and red chilies.
Add salt.
Grind them well without garlic.
Then add garlic and grind it with that coarse
