Potato kuruma

Ingredients
Potato- 5
Onion- 1
Tomato- 3
Green chilies- 6
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Fennel powder- 1 tsp
Coconut oil
Coconut milk- 1 cup
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Salt
Methods for preparation
Take a pressure cooker and add pieces of potato, onion, tomato, green chillies, Turmeric powder, fennel powder, salt and water. Cook it for 2 whistles.
Don't mashed the potato gravy.
Heat a pan with 2 tsp of oil, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Wait till it splutters and add curry leaves and the gravy into it.
Saute for a minute and finally add coconut milk. Stir well and switch off the flame.
Garnish with curry leaves.
Serve hot to taste with chappati, puri and Appam.
