Ingredients
Shallots- 5 nos
Red chilies- 2 nos
Green Chilly- 1 no
Curry leaves
Ginger- a small piece
Garlic - 5 pieces
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Black pepper- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Add those ingredients in mixer jar, grind it and make a coarse paste
Additional ingredients
Tomatoes- 3
Tamarind extract- 1 lemon size
Salt
Curry leaves
Red chilies
Cumin seeds- 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp
coriander leaves
Coconut oil- 1 tsp
Methods for preparation
Take a bowl, add tomatoes, salt, half of grinding ingredients and coriander leaves
Squeeze them well and add the tamarind extract with enough water
Heat a pan with 1 tsp of coconut oil, add red chilies, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and wait till it fried
Add curry leaves and other half grinding ingredient for a minute.
Then add Squeezing tomatoes, tamarind extract with water.
Cooked for 10 minutes with low flame.
