Prawn fry

Ingredients
Prawn- 1/2 kg
Lemon juice- 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Red chilly powder= 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Fennel powder- 1/4 tsp
Rice flour- 1 tsp
Corn flour- 1 tsp
Coconut oil
Curry leaves
Salt
Methods for preparation
Take clean prawn in a bowl with add lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, fennel powder, salt, rice flour, corn flour and turmeric powder.
Let it marinate for 1 hour.
Heat a pan with coconut oil and fried the marinate prawn till become golden brown.
Garnish it with curry laeves and serve.
