Ingredients
Prawn - 1/2 kg
Onion- 1
Tomato- 2
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Red chilies- 2
Red chilly powder- 1 tsp
Fennel powder- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1/4 tsp
Coconut oil- 6 tsp
Salt
Curry leaves
Methods for preparation
Clean prawn well and marinate it with ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and salt. Let it stand for 1 hour.
Grind onion with red chilies for a fine paste and also grind the tomatoes separately
Heat a pan with 6 tsp of coconut oil, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. let it fried.
Then add fine paste onion and tomato paste, let it become golden brown.
Add soak prawn, fry till the oil oozes on sides.
Then add red chilly powder and fennel powder with some water.
Cook well in low flame, let it become soft and thick. Garnish curry leaves to taste.
