Ingredients
Karupatti - 1/2 cup
Water- 3 cup
Dry ginger- a small piece
Coriander seeds- 1 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Black pepper- 4 no
mint leaves- a pinch
Methods for preparation
Add dry ginger, coriander seeds,cumin seeds and black pepper into a mixer jar, grind it for a coarse mixture.
Heat a pan with karuppatti and water, Let it boil for 10 minutes.
Add dry ginger coarse mixture and mint leaves.
Let it boil for 5 minutes.
Drink hot.
It is an healthy drink instead of using coffee or tea.
