Nonbu kanji using vegetables

Ingredients
Raw rice - 2 cup
Vegetables ( Green peas, beans, carrot, shallots)- 1 cup
Green chilies- 3
Coriander leaves
Thick coconut milk= 1 cup
Salt
Methods for preparation
Wash the raw rice and vegetables and mix it into pressure pan.
Add green chilies, coriander leaves, salt and 3 cup of water, mix it well.
Cover the pan, let it cook for 8-9 whistles.
Switch off the flame and wait for the pressure from the cooker release naturally.
Open the cooker and add fresh shredded coconut and warm water, mix it well
Serve hot.
