Spicy potato kurma

Ingredients

Baby potato- 8

Shallots- 250 grams

Tomato- 3

Green chilly- 3

Chily powder- 1 tsp

Spices(Cinnamon, cardamon, cloves)- 1 pieces each

Coriander powder- 2 tsp

Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp

Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp

Coconut oil

Salt

Coriander leaves

Ghee- 1 tsp

Methods for preparation

  1. Heat a pan with 5 to 6 tsp of oil, add the spices and let them fried

  2. Add shallots, green chilly and tomato, let them fried for 5 minutes.

  3. Then add ginger garlic paste, stir and saute it till their raw smell goes away.

  4. Add baby potatoes with salt and add required water when cooking the potatoes in a pan.

  5. Let them cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.

  6. Then add turmeric powder, chilly powder and coriander powder, stir it well.

  7. Let them cook for 5 to 10 minutes with low flame.

  8. Finally add ghee with coriander leaves, mix it well to taste.
