Spicy potato kurma

Ingredients
Baby potato- 8
Shallots- 250 grams
Tomato- 3
Green chilly- 3
Chily powder- 1 tsp
Spices(Cinnamon, cardamon, cloves)- 1 pieces each
Coriander powder- 2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Coconut oil
Salt
Coriander leaves
Ghee- 1 tsp
Methods for preparation
Heat a pan with 5 to 6 tsp of oil, add the spices and let them fried
Add shallots, green chilly and tomato, let them fried for 5 minutes.
Then add ginger garlic paste, stir and saute it till their raw smell goes away.
Add baby potatoes with salt and add required water when cooking the potatoes in a pan.
Let them cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
Then add turmeric powder, chilly powder and coriander powder, stir it well.
Let them cook for 5 to 10 minutes with low flame.
Finally add ghee with coriander leaves, mix it well to taste.
