Nattu chicken kuruma

Ingredients
Nattu chicken- 1/2 kg
Finely chopped Shallots- 15
Finely chopped tomato- 2
Finely chopped green chilly- 2
Coconut oil
Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Lemon- 1 tsp
Salt
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Red chilly- 5
Black pepper- 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds- 1/4 tsp
Coriander seeds- 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds- 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon- a small piece
Cardamon- 2
Cloves- 2
Kadala paruppu- 1/4 tsp
Methods for preparation
Add chicken with ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and salt in a large bowl. Mix well and soak it for an half an hour and add 1/2 cup of water and cook those using pressure cooker for 2 whistles.
Heat a pan with a tsp of coconut oil, add red chilly, black pepper, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, kadala paruppu, cinnamon, cardomon, cloves and fenugreek seeds.
Saute it till the aroma comes out. Grind those for fine powder and keep aside.
Heat a pan with 7-8 tsp of oil, add finely chopped shallots, curry leaves and tomato, saute it for 5 minutes.
Then add chicken and saute it well, add fine spicy powder and cook till the oil floating on the top.
Finally add lemon and garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
