Ingredients
Coriander powder- 1/4 kg
Red chilly -1/4 kg
Cumin seeds- 25 grams
Fennel seeds- 25 grams
Kadala paruppu- 25 grams
Mulu manjal/ Turmeric- 25 grams
Curry leaves- few
Methods for preparation
Heat a large pan, saute the ingredients one by one on low flame till the aroma comes out.
Keep aside for room temperature and grind it well for a fine paste.
