Poondu melagu chutney

Ingredients
Red chilly- 10
Garlic- 12 cloves
Tamarind
Salt
Coconut oil
Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves
Method for preparation
Heat a pan with 5-6 tsp of coconut oil, add red chilies an garlic cloves.
Saute it till it become golden brown, add tamarind, curry leaves and salt.
Switch off the flame and keep them aside for room temperature.
Add those in a jar with required water, grind it for a fine paste.
Heat a pan with 2 tsp of coconut oil, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and wait till it splutters.
Mix those with chutney and garnish it using curry leaves
Serve this spicy garlic chutney with Idli.
