Ingredients
Nethali- 250 grams
Kadalai maavu- 2 tsp
Rice flour/ Arisi maavu- 1 tsp
Shallots( finely chopped)- 10
Green chilly(finely chopped)- 2
Ginger, garlic paste- 1 tsp
Corn flour- 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves( finely chopped)
Coriander leaves(finely chopped)
Chilly powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Salt
Coconut oil
Methods for preparation
Clean and wash nethili meen, debone it and transfer in large bowl.
Add kadalai maavu, rice flour, shallots, ginger, garlic paste, green chilly, coriander leaves, curry leaves, chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, corn flour and salt.
And mix it well without adding water.
Heat a pan and pour enough oil to fry on medium flame.
Make a small size patties and deep fry on both sides till it becomes golden brown.
Serve hot.
