Ingredients
Chicken- 1/2 kg
Onion- 2, finely chopped
Green chilly- 2, strips into two pieces
Curry leaves
Chilly powder- 2 tsp
Red chilly flakes- 5 tsp
Lemon juice- 1 tsp
Salt
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Corn flour- 1/2 tsp
Rice flour- 1 tsp
Egg- 1
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Spices( cinnamon, cardamon, cloves)- a piece each
Garlic- 8 cloves, finely chopped
Coconut oil
Methods for preparation
Clean and wash the chicken and transfer in a bowl, add chilly powder, turmeric powder, corn flour, rice flour, egg, ginger garlic paste and salt. mix it well and let it be soak for an hour.
Then heat the oil in a pan, deep fry the chicken and keep aside.
Heat another pan using coconut oil for cook, add spices, garlic cloves, onion and green chilly. saute it well till the aroma comes.
Then add the fried chicken and saute for a minute.
Add chilly flakes in the mixture, mix well and saute it for 5 minute on medium flame.
Finally add lemon juice and garnish with curry leaves. switch off the flame.
Spicy chicken dry is ready to taste.
