Chicken balls

Ingredients

Boneless chicken- 1/4 kg

Finely chopped shallots- 10

Finely chopped coriander leaves

Finely chopped curry leaves

Finely chopped green chilies- 2

Red chilly powder- 1/2 tsp

Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp

Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp

Garam masala- 1/4 tsp

Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp

Corn flour- 1 tsp

Egg- 2

Bread crumbs- 3 tsp

Coconut oil

Methods for preparation

  1. In a mixer jar, add boneless chicken and let it grind into a coarse paste.

  2. Add chopped shallots, coriander leaves, curry leaves, green chilies, red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and corn flour into a large bowl. Combine well and make it a soft texture. Let them into small balls and keep aside.

  3. Break open 2 eggs into a bowl, mix it well.

  4. Dip the ball one by one into open eggs and rolls that into bread crumps.

  5. After crumb coating all the ball, freeze those for 30 minutes.

  6. Later fry them on both sides on low flame using coconut oil.

  7. Serve them hot with sauce or chutney
