Banana kheer

Ingredients

Banana nentran- 1

Grated coconut- 2 cup

Cardamon- 2

Rava- 1 tablespoon

Sugar- 2 table spoon

Ghee- 2 tsp

Nuts- 25 g

Saffron- few

Methods for preparation

  1. Heat a pan, add 1 tsp of ghee and rava, saute it for a minute and keep aside

  2. Add grated coconut in a mixer jar, grind it into fine paste. Squeeze the coconut residue and discard the waste. Transfer it in a large pan.

  3. Heat the coconut residue and sugar on a medium flame. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes.

  4. Then add chopped pieces of banana and stir it well. Don't stop to stir the content.

  5. Add rava in that mixture and stir well.

  6. Heat another pan with 1 tsp of ghee, add nuts and saute well till it turns golden brown.

  7. Mix those in the kheer and garnish with safron. Switch off the flame.

  8. It's a healthy food to taste.
