Rice kheer

Ingredients
Cooked rice- 1 cup
Milk - 1/2 litre
Cardamon- 2
Nuts- 25 g
Raison- 25 g
Milk maid- 1 table spoon
Ghee
Sugar- 1 cup
Saffron
Methods for preparation
Heat a pan, add milk, sugar and milk maid.
Combine well and boil it for 10 minutes.
Then add cooked rice and cardamon, stir well till it turns a semi thick batter.
Heat a pan with 4 - 5 tsp of ghee, add nuts and raison and saute it till it turns golden brown.
Mix that too with the kheer and garnish with saffron.
Switch off the flame to taste.
