Curry leaves chutney

Ingredients
Curry leaves- 5 tablespoon
Shallots- 10
Red chilly- 5
Urad dhal- 1 tsp
Pottu kadalai- 1/2 tsp
Grated coconut- 1 table spoon
Coconut oil
Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Tamarind - 1 pea size
Salt
Methods for preparation
Heat a pan with 3 tsp of coconut oil, add red chilies, Shallots, urad dhal, and curry leaves and saute till it fry.
Then add grated coconut, 1/4 tsp cumin seeds, pottu kadalai, tamarind and salt. saute for a minute and swich off the flame. Keep aside for room temperature.
Grind it into fine paste with adding required water.
Heat a pan with 1 tsp of oil, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Wait till it splutters and add curry leaves. Mix those with the fine paste chutney.
Combine well and serve it with Idli and Dosa.
